Exchange and Return policy


  • Sanaulla will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • Sanaulla will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Sanaulla is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
  • Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer.  Sanaulla will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
  • Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
  • There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 14 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
  • Sanaulla reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
