To qualify for our loyalty program you first need to register an account on our website. It is important to mention that only registered customers can earn reward points on our website.
Reward points can be earned by making a purchase on our website. Every time you make a purchase you will earn points based on the price (exclusive of the GST) of the product that you purchase. These points will be automatically stored in your Sanaulla account. The reward points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer. Sanaulla has the right to verify the delivery verification and issue reward points once the verification is made. Sanaulla also retains the right to take back the rewards points or make adjustments in case of order cancellation.
The reward points can be earned for the fabric price, stitching charges as well as add ons. The points will not be applicable to discounted/sale items and shipping charges.
