To request an order cancellation please email us your order # to care@cs.sanaullastore.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. To make sure the order gets canceled on priority, please write "Cancel Order # (your order number)" in the email subject.
Alternatively, you can call us on 923-111-444-910 ext 0 or 4 (10 AM to 6 PM) from Monday to Saturday (Pakistan Standard Time).
Please note that an order can not be canceled once it has been dispatched.
