1️⃣ No Cash Refunds– All refunds will only be issued as a store credit in the Sanaulla wallet, which can be used for future purchases. No exceptions.
2️⃣ No Refunds on Order Modifications – Once an order is placed, no refunds will be provided if a customer requests any changes, including but not limited to:
- Removing a suit
- Removing stitching or any add-ons
- Removing international shipping charges from the order
- Cancelling the order due to any extra transaction fee/currency conversion fee.
3️⃣ Courier Charges Are Non-Refundable – Shipping charges (local or international) are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Only the suit price will be credited to the wallet if an article is returned.
4️⃣ Defective/Damaged Products – In case of a defect, the article will be replaced with a fresh piece of the same product. If the item is out of stock, the suit amount will be added to the Sanaulla wallet as store credit for a replacement order.
5️⃣ Stitching Order Delays – In case of any delay in stitching, only express stitching charges (if applicable) will be credited to the wallet.
6️⃣ Pickup Orders – Must be collected within 45 days after they are ready for collection. If not picked up within this time frame, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation or store credit.
7️⃣ Stitching Orders – Can be canceled within 45 days if measurements are still awaited. After this period, the order is not eligible for cancellation or store credit.
By placing an order with Sanaulla, customers agree to these terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our valued shoppers.
