Refund Policy

  1. Sanaulla store does not offer "Cash Refunds".

  2. Refunds are offered as wallet amount/ store credit that can be used for future purchases.

  3. Courier charges, local or international, are not eligible for refund or store credit. Only the suit price will be added to the wallet.

  4. In case of defected/damaged products is received, Sanaulla will replace the defective article with the fresh piece of same product. In case of no stock, suit amount will be added to Sanaulla wallet for a replacement order.

  5. Pickup Orders can be canceled within 45 days after they are ready for collection. Once the 45-day period passes, the order is not eligible for cancellation or store credit.

  6. Stitching orders can be canceled within 45 days until the measurements are awaited. Once the 45-day period passes, the order is not eligible for cancellation or store credit.
