2. Pre-Booking:

  - Once enrolled in our wholesale program, you will receive catalog details for pre-booking.

  - Bookings must be confirmed within the deadline provided. We cannot entertain booking requests after the deadline has passed, as vendor bookings are finalized, and late bookings cannot be guaranteed for completion.

3. Payment Terms:

  - Upon confirmation of booking, payment details will be shared with you.

  - Failure to make payment within the specified time period will result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  - Sanaulla reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

5. Modification of Terms:

  - Sanaulla reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
