Sanaulla store takes pride in employing the finest couturiers in Pakistan, We have a thorough stitching process where we give the customers the chance to get their outfits stitched on either standard size (small, medium, large, x-large) or custom size (for which a measurements form is sent to the customer). 

Once the outfits are stitched they go through a rigorous quality assurance process after which they are shipped/handed over to the customer. 

Sanaulla store will not entertain any claims with regards to stitching products since the outfits are stitched as per the instructions of the customers. The customers can check out our detailed terms and conditions for stitching below.

Stitching Terms

  • Sanaulla is not going to accept any complaints made after 72 hours of the order delivery date.
  • Any Stitched product will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • The stitching would be done according to the picture; however, there could be some variation depending on the actual fabrics included in the product and on the embellishments available in the local market (for example laces, ribbons, buttons, tassels, Pearls, etc.). Brands often use custom-designed embellishments on dresses for model shoots. These are neither supplied with the product nor available in the local market. Hence we try our best to get and use the closest-looking embellishment available in the local market.
  • There are cases where the stitched suit shown in the catalog image uses extra fabric. Sometimes even up to 2 extra suits. In that case, we try our best to make the most identical design using the single suit you purchased.
  • It is a very common practice of Brands to use extra lighting and photo effects during the model shoot. Which results in varying the catalog image from the actual fabric color. In that case, Sanaulla is not responsible for the change. We can only assure the product's originality and not the actual color.
  • A stitching order can not be canceled after 45 days of order placement. Similarly, any suit in a stitching order can not be exchanged or replaced after 45 days of the order placement date.
  • It may not be necessary that the embellishments shown in the image can be applied to the suit. However, we will try to procure the most identical embellishments available in the market which will be of top quality and finishing.


Stitching and Shipping Policies


1. Stitching Time Adjustments:


- Processing and Payment: In the event of any issues, the stitching time will be revised accordingly while processing your payment.

- Concerns During Stitching: Our stitching team may need to adjust the stitching time due to:

  - Fabric limitations

  - Incomplete or inaccurate measurements

  - Defective products or materials

  - Design complexities or special customization requests

  - Any other unforeseen issues

- If any of these concerns arise, our stitching team will contact you immediately via email to discuss the necessary adjustments.


2. Agreement to Terms:


By placing an order, you agree to the possibility of revised stitching times based on the above-mentioned concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations.


3. Stitching Completion Time:


- Launch Date Dependency: The stitching completion time is calculated from the launch date of the collection. If there is a delay in the launch by the brand, we will inform you and provide a new stitching completion date.

- Revised Completion Dates: We strive to meet the original completion dates, but adjustments may be necessary in the event of unforeseen circumstances like public holidays, political unrests, extreme weather conditions, etc


4. Shipping Information:


- International Shipments: We deliver international orders through DHL, SKYNET, and DPEX. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 working days to major international destinations.

- Potential Delays after Shipment: Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  - Adverse weather conditions

  - Logistical issues

  - Customs clearance

  - Public holidays or strikes

  - Any other regulatory or unforeseen issues

- In the event of such delays, please note that Sanaulla is not responsible for abnormal delays caused by courier companies or regulatory issues. We will keep you informed and provide updates as necessary.


5. Customer Notifications:


We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the stitching and shipping process. If any delays or concerns arise, you will be promptly notified via email with all relevant information and revised timelines.


6. Measurement Submission Deadline:


Customers must submit their measurements within 3 months of placing a stitching order. After this period, the order will be dispatched with unstitched suits and stitching amount will be added to wallet and will not be eligible for refund.


If measurements are not submitted within 3 months, and the customer wishes to continue with the order after this period, the stitching and shipping costs will be adjusted to reflect current rates.
