What is the exchange policy at Sanaulla Store?

At Sanaulla Store, we have a very accommodating exchange policy, and customers are welcome to exchange products if they are not satisfied with the product they have received. 

 However, certain conditions apply:

1. Any complaints made after the 14-day time period will not be entertained for an exchange or return.


2. Unwashed, unworn, wrong, or defective items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.


3. Any product that is stitched or customized for the customer will NOT be eligible for exchange or return.


4. Any unstitched product that has been stitched by the customer will not be open for any claims or exchanges, even in the case of missing pieces.


5. Courier charges, whether local or international, are non-refundable. Only the product price will be added to the customer’s wallet/store credit upon approval of the return.


6. Sanaulla will not accept exchanges for items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have shrunk or been altered after purchase.


7. Sanaulla is not responsible for any color bleeding, print damage, or fading of colors caused by washing or improper handling.


8. Items purchased from the Sale or Discount sections are not eligible for exchange or return.


9. Product add-ons (e.g., matching trousers or dupattas) are not eligible for exchange.


10. All returned articles are subject to inspection by our Quality Control Team at the warehouse.


11. If the returned product is not in its original condition (tags removed, packaging damaged, or signs of use), it will be sent back to the customer without any refund or exchange.


13. Accessories, jewelry, innerwear, and fragrances are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.


14. Color variation of up to 10% may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution and will not be considered a defect.


15. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead of a replacement.


16. Customers must ensure that all original packaging, brand tags, and invoices are included when returning an item. Missing documentation may result in the request being declined.


17. International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs charges, if applicable.


18. Sanaulla reserves the right to reject or approve any return or exchange based on the product’s condition and compliance with the above terms.
