Customs: Duties & Delays

Modified on Sat, 11 May at 12:33 PM

Sanaulla is not liable to pay for any customs duties or charges applied by the recipient's country on the arrival of the shipment.

The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver i.e. the person who purchased the goods, not the shipper.

Sanaulla is exempt from the responsibility in the case of order delays due to being stuck at the customs clearance or any additional charges for checking, repacking, or clearing duties charged by the customs of the subject country.

In case a customer provides incorrect shipping details, the shipment update charges will have to be borne by the customer once the order has been shipped.
