The following Terms & Conditions are applicable on Online Sales:

  1. We follow a confidential order and shipping procedure in which your personal data is solely used for a secured and straightforward order and shipping process. Furthermore, your personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality.
  2. Sanaulla shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.
  3. Sanaulla store is an authentic seller which just stocks Original items. The nature of an item is totally subjective to the brand itself. Sanaulla Store won't entertain any claims with respect to the nature of an item where the customer professes to have gotten a replica.
  4. Sanaulla store has the right to decline your order.The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an Email confirming the contents of your order and satisfying the record prerequisites.
  5. Sanaulla store does not offer monetary refunds, All items can be exchanged or the customer can get a store credit for the amount in case of any defects.
  6. In case the customer asks for a refund for orders paid via option 2CO/Stripe/Swich/Paypal without any error on the part of Sanaulla, a 5% service charge on the refund amount will be applied.
  7. 5% service charges will not be applicable if the customer asks to cancel and refund the order within 24 hours of order placement.
  8. Once store credit has been issued it will not be reversed/exchanged with a refund.
  9. Sanaulla store will not entertain any complaints regarding colour variations, color bleeding and shrinking of a product. 
  10. The refund amount is calculated using the currency rate at the time of the order placement and not the current currency rate.
  11. Delivery charges are variable and depend upon the weight of the consignment for international orders. For local orders we have slabs based on the order value which you can checkout here,
  12. We offer Cash on delivery all over Pakistan except for stitching orders and orders worth above 70000/- or more.
  13. We have multiple payment gateways like Stripe, Apply Pay, Paypal, Swich and 2checkout. Conversion charges can be applied by the merchant on transactions and the customer has to bear the charges. Sanaulla store will not be held liable in case the conversion charges are applied.
  14. Sanaulla will contact you via email to inform you about the unavailability of a product in your order. Sanaulla will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may get the order cancelled and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
  15. Sanaulla is not going to accept any complaints made after 7 days of the order delivery date for stitching orders.
  16. Any Stitched product will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  17. The stitching would be done according to the picture; however, there could be some variation depending on the actual fabrics included in the product and on the embellishments available in the local market (for example laces, ribbons, buttons, tassels, Pearls, etc.). Brands often use custom-designed embellishments on dresses for model shoots. These are neither supplied with the product nor available in the local market. Hence we try our best to get and use the closest-looking embellishment available in the local market.
  18. There are cases where the stitched suit shown in the catalog image uses extra fabric. Sometimes even up to 2 extra suits. In that case, we try our best to make the most identical design using the single suit you purchased.
  19. It is a very common practice of Brands to use extra lighting and photo effects during the model shoot which results in varying the catalog image from the actual fabric colour. In that case, Sanaulla is not responsible for the change. We can only assure the product's originality and not the actual color. 
  20. A stitching order can not be cancelled after 45 days of order placement. Similarly, any suit in a stitching order can not be exchanged or replaced after 45 days of the order placement date.
  21. It may not be necessary that the embellishments shown in the image can be exactly applied to the suit. However, we will try to procure the most identical embellishments available in the market which will be of top quality and finishing.
  22. Sanaulla has given an option to customers to add supplementary items along with their products, such as matching dupattas, trousers, etc.Since the add-ons are procured based on the requisition of a customer, they are not entitled to exchange, returns or claims. 
  23. In compliance with the Tax policies of the government Of Pakistan, a 12% GST (General Sales Tax) is applicable on all purchases w.e.f 1st July 2019. Sanaulla will not be held liable for any concerns regarding the GST. 
  24. Sanaulla is not liable to pay for any customs duties or charges applied by the recipient's country on the arrival of the shipment. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver i.e. the person who purchased the goods, not the shipper.
  25. Sanaulla store will not be held liable for any delays with regards to the shipment of the order. Our shipping timing for order delivery within PAKISTAN is 2-4 working days from the order processing/ launch date. For International Customers the delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days. In case the product is on prebook, we mention the order processing date on the product page. In case if there is a delay in launch, the new order processing date is communicated via email. The delivery time for stitched articles is subjective and is clearly mentioned at the checkout page and order invoice. Also, there can be unexpected delivery delays due to customs clearance. The delay can go up to 4-6 working days.
  26. Sanaulla tries its level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. However order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; Sanaulla does not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them. If there are delays from the supplier/brand, Sanaulla Store will inform its customers via email about the expected delay and new order processing date.
  27. 1 REWARD POINT is equal to PKR 1. The reward points will be calculated on the retail price of the product (before GST).
  28. To qualify for our loyalty program and to redeem the points on our website you need to register an account on our website.
  29. You need to accumulate at least 5000 points in order to use the reward points on our website.
  30. In the case of Cash on delivery orders, the reward points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer. In the case of prepaid orders, the points are awarded once the order is shipped. Sanaulla has the right to verify the delivery verification and issue reward points once the verification is made.
  31. Sanaulla has the right to take back the reward points or make adjustments in case of order cancellation.
  32. The reward points will be applicable to the fabric price, stitching charges as well as add ons. The points will not be applicable to discounted/sale items and shipping charges.
  33. You have to use your reward points within 1 year of accumulation. Points will expire in the order shape in which they have been first earned.
  34. Sanaulla reserves the right to update the policies and terminate the loyalty program at any given time without any prior notification to the customers.
